Terms and Conditions of the Registration
- This event is organised by BAMS UK Events group team. This is group run by volunteers on not for profit basis. Please visit our website to know about our activities. https://bamsuk.org
- This event will involve Buddhist religious chantings,meditation and cultural programms as advertised on event flyer
- The event attendance is by registration only. We shall not allow walk-ins.
- The registration is not cancellable and non refundable. No refund will be provided for no show.
- In case the event is cancelled by the organisers for unforeseen issues, the organisers may be able to provide partial refunds by adjusting cost of venue hiring and overheads.
- The event will involve Musical & Dance programs where there may be high volume or noise.
- BAMS UK is a non-political group and you must respect that and avoid any political discussions.
- In the event you will keep yourself in control and will not involve in arguments or discussions that may affect community spirit.
- If you are bringing children you will take care of them.
- You will follow health and safety instructions as per the event host instructions.
- You will take care of keeping the venue in good condition and you will take responsibility of any accidental damage to property due to your actions and organisers may ask you to bear the fines if any.
- We shall serve Indian food, which may not be served warm. You will take care of the allergies while enjoying the food.
- The registration ticket includes attendance for both days 24 October and 25th October. It includes lunch on the 25th October. On the 24th evening you will have to pay separately for any dinner arrangements made on the day.
- We are collecting minimal information from you for the purpose of the event only. We shall not use your email id or phone number for any promotional purposes after the event. By submitting this form you provide your consent to use your information for registration confirmation.
